Are used for sealing piston rods, valve spindles, plungers and slow speed shafts.
The seals can be adapted to the requirements of each application by selecting a suitable number and types of collars.
Recommended peak to valley roughness: Rt 1-3µm.


PTFE – ROTARY SHAFT SEALING RINGS :
♦ Are characterised by their chemical and thermal resistance and their excellent anti – friction properties.
♦ At high or extensively fluctuating temperatures the sealing lip contact can be improved by additional tension springs.
♦ The shafts should be ground and polished to a peak to valley roughness of approx Rt 3µm
